Asif Satchu is the co-CEO of Media Rights Capital (MRC). Asif Satchu founded Media Rights Capital with Modi Wiczyk. Both Asif Satchu and Modi Wiczyk attended Harvard Business School, where Modi wrote the business plan that is the basis for Media Rights Capital's operations.
Before embarking on his venture with MRC, Asif Satchu was already an accomplished entrepreneur. Asif Satchu previously founded SupplierMarket.com (SMKT), where he was also Chairman. Supplier Market is a supply chain management company backed by powerful investors including KKR, Sequoia Capital, Madison Dearborn, Fenway Partners, Battery Ventures, Fleet Equity Partners, Hicks Muse, and Onex Capital. Asif Satchu built Supplier Market to success during and dot.com era and sold it for $1.0 billion in a profitable business deal.
Asif Satchu’s early career began at Morgan Stanley & Co, where he was an investment banker at hedge fund Tiger Management Company and private equity fund Westbrook Partners. Asif Satchu is a graduate of Harvard Business School and McGill University.
